Join us at our FREE yoga workshop series happening all summer long at the Northampton co-op! Each class will carry a specific theme focusing on different physical needs, stages of life, and self-care objectives, meaning there is something for everyone to enjoy! Everyone is welcome to participate in any classes they choose. Open to all skill levels. Please click the links in the descriptions below to register.
