Become a Vendor
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at River Valley Co-op!
We are always looking for new and exciting ways to provide fresh, local, seasonal, sustainable and accessible food to our entire community. We are always excited to add more vendors and producers into our stores, and we invite all to contact us about becoming one of our local vendor partners!
How to Apply
Please submit new vendor inquiries and/or product requests to our category manager, Morgan Carrico, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We kindly ask that you do not bring any samples or literature to the store or main office.

- Meat and Seafood Vendors — Dan Wescott

- Wine, Cheese and Beer Vendors — Rob Schark
Please note we are not carrying any food items containing CBD at this time, so we ask that you do not submit these products for consideration.
For Current Vendors with New Products
If you are a current vendor with a line extension or new product to introduce to the category team, please email email@example.com with a price list, as well as a completed New Item Vendor Worksheet (this must be downloaded, filled out and emailed to us as an attachment).
Please do not drop off samples or literature at the store or administrative office. Products will be reviewed based on a category schedule and at that time we will contact you about specific products needing to be sampled. We hope that this strategic approach will allow us to maintain a precise review process and decrease expenses for our local vendors.
