A gentle exploration to discover and free the psoas muscle while creating stability in the core, low back, and hips. Central to movement, balance and voice, this practice restores health if your life or work is in the chair or suffer from injury or stress; or you simply want to deepen understanding of this hidden muscle. Because the fight/flight/freeze (autonomic nervous system) is set in the psoas, the practices also can release and integrate embedded impressions of stress and anxiety.
