Learn how to prep kitchen veggies and staple ingredients so they are more accessible to use throughout the week.
Owners and founders of Lilac Spoons, Emily Gilbert and Anna Leschen-Lindell, will show you how six different common vegetables can be prepped a few ways, and have different uses based on the cut.
You will learn different cuts for onions, celery, carrots, kale, sweet potatoes, and peppers. You will have the option to learn and practice along with Emily & Anna or just watch. For instance, you will learn four different cuts for onions, and the different uses for each cut.
