Many of us have come to experience our lives as a daily emergency that we barely survive. This can look like creating an inhumane schedule, eating on the run, not getting the sleep you need, feeling frustrated or checked out, while barely making it to the finish line at the end of each day, only to wake up and do it again.

But there is another way.

One that nourishes all of you and reminds you that through simple understandings around how your body works, along with small daily adjustments, you can begin to create a life based on greater ease, calm and resilience.

Join me for this evening together where you’ll  be reminded of what a well cared for nervous system actually feels like through simple relaxation techniques and tips you can take with you and into your life.

ABOUT SUSAN MCNAMARA, M.A., CHHC

Susan McNamara is a woman who cares deeply about how we are living and how it is that we treat ourselves, each other and the planet. For more than 30 years, Susan has been exploring, teaching and most of all, living what it means to be in a body in a sacred and nourishing way. 

Susan is a Holistic Health Counselor, Professional-Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Shamanic Practitioner & Journeydance Guide. She is trained in Somatics, Energy Medicine, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, holds a Masters in Counseling Psychology and is educated and trained at the Doctoral level in Clinical Psychology.
