Come enjoy the fresh morning air and the rising sun from the co-op deck! Drawing from the elements, and our intentional, therapeutic practice, greet the day refreshed and centered. Through gentle poses, yogic breathing, chanting and deep observation, the practice opens the subtle natural energy (prana) within, to connect more intimately with our natural outer world.

Please bring a yoga mat.
