Beth brings decades of yoga experience to her classes, creating a warm space where students relieve stress, build body awareness, and develop a consistent, mindful practice. Her approach emphasizes functional movement, mindfulness, and accessible teachings that promote real-life balance. With gentle guidance, she invites curiosity, exploration, and even a little laughter—offering more than just physical practice.
