Free Webinar: Menopausal Hormone Therapy in Perimenopause & Beyond
Tuesday, 10/27/2026
For years, many women were told menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) was too risky — largely based on early findings from the Women's Health Initiative, which reshaped menopause care for more than a generation. Today, our understanding has evolved. In this community talk, Dr. Laila Ames, ND will share what current evidence tells us about MHT in perimenopause and menopause.
Grounded in science and delivered through a whole-person perspective, Dr. Tomsovic will discuss the risks and benefits of MHT as we understand them today. She will offer a framework for understanding these options, so attendees can approach conversations with their providers with clarity and confidence.
