The Cycle Tracking Workshop

This introductory class is your first step into gaining an accurate and empowered understanding of the menstrual cycle. Participants will learn uterine anatomy, the phases of the cycle, and how to track fertile and infertile windows within each cycle. Participants are welcome to join with any intention—you can apply this content to body literacy, birth control, conception, symptom mapping, and more. Martha always teaches in a gender inclusive and trans affirming way. Because this is introductory and so full of information, participants are encouraged to follow up with the teacher in 1:1 classes separately.

ABOUT MARTHA HOFFMAN

Martha Hoffman (they/she) is a full-spectrum doula, massage therapist, and fertility awareness educator. She has worked as a group facilitator and educator for most of her life, and brings joy and accessibility into everything she teaches.

Martha is deeply passionate about helping people cultivate autonomy and empowerment through learning more about their bodies. Her ancestors traveled from coasts and islands in Europe a few centuries ago, leading Martha to land in the Connecticut River Valley. When not teaching, she organizes for Valley Housing Co-op, and takes lots of naps
