ABOUT DANIÈLE MARTIN

My French father gave me the nickname Nanou and taught me how to make crêpes at an early age. He owned two restaurants and a catering company in CT.

Though I grew up in a foodie world, I moved out west and had a career in the alternative healthcare field. While there, I fell in love with the food truck scene. So, 20 years later I returned to my roots and got back into cooking by starting a mobile crêperie.

My menu changes constantly based on the season, new inspiration, and the type of event!
