She will demonstrate how to express yourself while creating unique, beautiful, quick and easy spring rolls... all hand-rolled from scratch! Learn how to use the rice wrapper like a blank canvas. Roll beautiful spring rolls with a variety of organic, seasonal, raw vegetables, noodles, edible flowers, sprouts, avocados, herbs,  tofu and more. Express yourself and get creative!
