Whether smoking, grilling, searing, or simply stocking up for later, you'll find big portions of the cuts you need at equally big discounts when you shop the co-op from June 30 - July 4!

Available Items (while supplies last)

Brisket Flats ~ $8.99/lb.
The leanest portion of the brisket. A large, boneless cut, it is ideal for low and slow cooking or smoking to bring out its texture and flavor. Has a tender, beefy bite.

Boneless Short Ribs ~ $12.99/lb.
Flavorful cut that must be slow-cooked (typically braised) to become tender. Easier to cut, portion, and shred than bone-in short ribs.

Tenderloin Portions ~ $24.99/lb.
Very tender, juicy, and fantastic tasting whether roasted, grilled, or fried. Best served medium-rare to bring out juicy flavor.

Flank Steak ~ $11.99/lb.
Bold in flavor with a grainy bite. This cut is best marinated and grilled... or sliced thin and stir-fried!

Hanger Steak ~ $10.99/lb.
One of the lesser-known cuts, yet one of the most tender when cooked medium-rare. Works great with tacos or paired with a robust marinade and grilled.

Tri Tips ~ $10.99/lb.
Rich in meaty flavor and leaner than other cuts, this makes a great choice for quick-cooking methods—think grilling, boiling, and pan-searing! Use a marinade if cooking beyond medium.

80/20 Ground Beef ~ $5.49/lb.
Ground beef (80% lean / 20% fat) is the perfect choice for burgers, meatballs, stuffed peppers, chili, and pretty much anything else in between!
