Amy is a mother, artist, dancer, puppeteer, wife, personal trainer, naturalist and community member. She has lived in Hampshire County, MA, for the last 22 years, and has played and gone between different creative expressions throughout her life. For the last 6 years Amy has focused primarily on fine art. Her artwork is very vibrant, expressive, and full. She often uses a multitude of small shapes to make a larger image. Art has always been a way for Amy to express her inner world, whether it's releasing discomfort or embracing what she would like to see. Her work depicts natural scenes, surreal universes, moving abstracts, and soft sculptures from found objects.
