Art in the Café: A Mission of the Heart

 
I am often in my studio painting or my garden growing food.  This is a life I love.   

I am often asked, "what do you paint?" Since I love multiple themes—animals, florals, landscapes, people, abstracts, spirituality, and love—I like to call them "painted prayers," as it includes everything. I paint what I want to see in my life or in the world. I also paint and let the angels tell me what I need to know that day. In my commissions, I pray to connect with the heart of my client. I love the feeling of starting out with abstract brush strokes and looking into the piece to find the painting. This is my favorite way to paint. The piece almost paints itself. I enjoy sharing this experience in my creativity classes at my studio in Florence, MA.
