2024 Co-op Annual Meeting

Join us for our 2024 Virtual Annual Meeting!

River Valley Co-op Owners are invited to attend the 2024 Annual Membership Meeting on December 4th, 5:30 - 6:30 pm. This meeting has moved to a Zoom meeting to accommodate more co-op owners.

This is an important annual gathering for co-op owners to hear about the results of our business operations over the last year from our Board of Directors and to learn more from a keynote presentation. New Directors are elected by absentee electronic ballots which were sent on November 4th to your email of record. Ballots will be accepted thru 10pm on December 4th.

All River Valley Co-op Owners attending via Zoom Video Conference must complete a request form for verification of membership and be officially accepted into the meeting. These are private business meetings for the purpose of the Board of Directors reporting on the operating results of the last year. There is also an informative keynote presentation. These meetings are not open to the public, and participants are required to agree to act in good faith by not including others not individually accepted as co-op owner participants in the meeting, recording the meeting, or otherwise using their participation for reporting information to the public. Microphones will be muted and cameras off for guests.
