Do you live with nagging pains and injury? Many people have chronic pain and make it worse by ignoring warning signals.  Pushing through injuries or conforming to mental, emotional and movement habits can also cause hurt. Join us for a workshop with Donna Brooks, BS, RSMT, C-IAYT, and learn to respond to your body's needs before you get pain or before it accelerates. You can also learn to navigate your environment to lessen pain triggered from the outside, as well as transform limiting movement and nervous system habits that often keep pain in place or make it worse. You can experience pleasure and satisfaction in movement once again, which may even vanish altogether depending on your pain!
